In the process of providing hot lunch to students of elementary schools, school has to administer the complete process, from vendor’s payment to informing parents to maintain minimum balance for their children hot lunch payments. It’s small but complex problem as it involves day to day work to be done proactively. Our attempt is to minimize the complexity of the problem by creating the web and mobile base solution to make this day to day administration process easier. The mobile client is designed for parents so that they can monitor their children’s payment need and proactively make the transaction directly from the mobile base client
